I have chosen this video because I think that flexibility is something very important in everyone’s life and, in this video, she shows us three simple stretches to improve it. The three drills are pretty easy, and it is nice that she contributes some tips to do it correctly or to make them more difficult if they are too unchallenging for you. My favorite of these exercises is the first one because it does not only help you to improve flexibility on your lower body, it also works on your balance and it helps you for the other exercises because it stretches the sole of the feet.
