Hi My name is Diego and I will comment this video and say why i have chosen it. Firstly, the video is going to analize the phisical of one of the fastest football player who is Kilian Mbappe. He can reach the 36,2 Km/h in sprint when the human average is 24Km/h, hence, they have chosen him as the reference. I think that this video is to important for someone who wants to increase his speed but he dont have any improve no matter how much he trains, and in this video provides the keys of speed such as the proyection of the hip, the negative step, foot position.
