I have put this video because this tabata weight loss routine during the quarantine helped me to lose weight and increase my muscles a bit and I think it is something very useful for people who do not have any sports habit, in addition to all this, with this video you can chop with the person in the video to see who does more and make a greater effort than the video proposes in the steps to follow. In my opinion, I think that people who have never done physical activity, this still would not be good for them because it involves a greater effort and for those people it could cause overexertion, they would have to start with something weaker. Hello I am Rafael Maestro, i have choosen this video of my friend Sergio, i watch it and i see that is very short and interesting, if you want to do this exercise to lose weight, is very good, and also to increase your muscle, you can do this exercise like a routine is in a short time and you don´t spend to much time to do it.
    I recommended to all people to want to increase his muscles and lose weight.
