Hello, I am Nacho Fernández and I am going to briefly explain why I have chosen this video to explain. I think that the most difficult thing for people when they go out for a run is to last a long time without stopping. This video teaches you how to do it and tells us that it is very important to know our comfortable pace, since it will be the pace with which we can run long distances and getting as little tired as possible. This video explains how we can find our comfortable rhythm and how we can improve it. To find your comfortable pace, it is the pace at which you can run continuously for 1 hour. To improve it, it is very easy, you just have to gradually increase the distance to travel. And to improve speed later, you have to do fast progressive runs and then at your comfortable speed.
Hi I'm Elsa and I'm going to comment on the video of my partner nacho as it has caught my attention. In the video he teaches you how to go running without the need to stop many times. It explains how to realize when you are at your comfortable pace to run non-stop and how to handle it. If you manage to find your rhythm and know how to handle it you will be able to run for long distances or for a long time without the need to stop. And if you see that at that pace you are going well but you can increase more then you have to accelerate little by little and stay at the speed at which you feel comfortable. I hope it helps you too.
On this video posted by Nacho we can see ways to improve your physical resistance, using the pace we're comfortable with (as it variates between people) as focus on the way to maintain and improve our resistance. During the video, we're given diverse ways to find the way we're comfortable running, one of the easiest ways being able to maintainn a conversation with a friend while running (or being able to speak without struggling with your breath). As in ways to now improve such resistance the base of it is running on that rhythm that is your comfort zone while altering it with one where you find it slightly harder for you.
