Fitness workout

  1. Hello, my name is Andrea and I am going to explain why I chose this video. First of all, I think it's good video because she shows the time of each video so you don't have to stop to look at the clock for example.
    I have also choosen this video because the movement in each excercise is shown very well so you can understand it very well.
    Another reason why I choose this video is that you can do these excercises at home and are for all the body.

    The girl start warming up with some easy exercises, it's good because everyone can do it that way, you don't need any material.

    I liked that the video shows the time left in each exercise and we can see which exercise comes next. Some of the exercises are side reach, step jacks, squats... and they last between 30 and 45 seconds, between some exercises there are 15 seconds to rest.
