I have chosen to comment this video because, in my opinion, is very important to work out your body, and this video is perfect for those people that cannot expend a lot of time working out, but they want to maintain active themselves. I like a lot this workout because it is not repetitive and it makes you train every part of your body, it is very complete and it is only fifteen minutes but it looks exhausting and I am sure that it would improve a lot your fitness level if you stablish it in your daily routine.

The first thing she does is warm up, it's important and it doesn't usually appear in these videos, we can also see in the video the time left. After that the girl start doing a series of easy exercises and each one lasts about 1 minute, some of them are chair squats, bridge, touches, twist...
