  1. Hi, I'm Paula Agudo and I have chosen this video because I thought this guy teaches you really well how to improve your endurance. He even explains at the start of the video why and for what do you need to improve your endurance. After that he warns you about the risks of running because of the impact force, he gives you options about how to reduce that impact force and make it less harmless. He keeps explaining along the video that exercises and those keep leveling up. He teach you how to start whith the least reasky option, then whith the long run (higher risk), and after that he explains the most benefitial and armfull exercise. Hope you like the video, bye.
