This video explains you how to run without getting tired via different tips: The first one given is to start our journey slow, so we can reach out aerobic training zone, which is reached when you're able to mantain a easy conversation while running. Another of the tips given is training by running more time, by running more kilometers everytime you're running (adding a little bit more kilometers each week). The last idea given is to check your posture while you're running, as not having your back bent can help onto breathing better along with checking the way you stretch your legs and arms while running, using those two limbs as way to check when you're actually challenging your body.
