Hello I'm Elsa, 1st Bach and I have brought this video because I find it very interesting the things it says, In the video it gives you tricks to improve your physical and respiratory capacity when doing a sport, specifically, this video can be used for cycling, running and swimming. The video lasts 5 mins and explains the tricks, how to do them and how to realize if you are doing it the right way. I hope you serve and like the video. Greetings.

  2. Hi, I'm Paula Agudo and I have decided to comment on Elsa's video because I felt like it explained really well why should you improve your endurance. He algo teaches us a bunch of habits to help you improve. He goes one by one explaining it making sure you understand it correctly. He is aware of the fact that some of these might be hard to do for some people, but he tells us to keep trying as hard as possible. Appart from that, he gives us a bunch of links of other videos in were he explains with even more detail how to improve in certain things. Bye.
