20 min TOTAL BEGINNER FULL BODY Workout (No Equipment)

  1. Hi, my name is Carla Martín and I have chosen this video about a full-body workout to comment on because I consider that it shows us a useful and easy exercise routine. A relevant point to take into account is that in this routine, any equipment is required, so everybody is able to practice it. Moreover, the trainer explains all the exercises in detail and slowly. We also can't forget that she teaches us some common mistakes that we could do in the exercises to don't repeat them and do this workout routine properly. I recommend it because it lasts only 20 minutes, as well.

  2. Hi, I'm Marta berodas and I'm going to comment on the video that my partner has chosen.
    first he does some squat exercises for 30 seconds, after each exercise he rests 15 seconds.
    Despite the fact that the video is in English, it is very well understood and the exercises are clear. They can also be made at home.
    then he gives us a series of exercises for the abdomen, legs and buttocks.
    I really liked this video. the video is not very long and can be done at any time
