Hi, I'm Paula Maestro, and I chose this fitness video. The main reason is that I consider it important throughout our life. It is a progressive exercise routine, that is to say, it increases the level of intensity as the exercises progress. It consists of a series of exercises which duration is 30 seconds each one, during the 20 minutes of training you gain little by little a better physical condition. If you are a beginner you can do a few exercises until you can do the whole routine without problems, it also helps that no equipment is required for the exercises. I recommend this video since it is a routine we can all do at home whenever we want.
