If you are a beginner at sports this video is for you, as it has very simple exercises that are not too complicated to perform, in addition, it has breaks to catch your breath. Also, it has exercises to warm out and cool down, these things are very important at the time of doing any exercise, and more if you are a beginner, I consider that this is a good point. It only lasts 20 minutes, so you can combine it with other workouts or, if you don't have time is a good video to do. Finally, you don't need any equipment for this workout, so, what are you waiting to start doing it?
