The training consists of 4 exercises of 20 seconds with a rest of another 20. -The first is all the push-ups that you are capable of doing in that time, if you can't do them normally, you do them supporting your knees. -The next one is gluteal bridge and it is more effective if you do it alternating legs. -The one that follows is a back exercise. -The last one is explosive jump strides. Repeat this for 3 rounds.
