The girl explains in detail some stretches you can do at home because all of them are very easy and you don´t need any equipment. A very important thing is that this video doesn´t focus on a determined part of the body, due to explains exercises to improve all body flexibility. Also, it is a short video, that everybody can watch and informs us of the importance of flexibility in our daily life.

The exercices that the girl shows are very easy to do and you can do them at your house. As an ex-competitor of gymnastis Ihave to say that those exercices are some of the ones that I did to warm up. Furthermore those exercices are not just focused on one part of your body, insted the exercises can improve the flexibility of different areas of your boby by just doing one exercise. She finally explain how flexibility is importan in our dailiy life but most along uor life-
