Hi, my name is Sara & on this video we'll see how to improve one of our physical capacities: endurance, which causes as to be able to do an activity for a longer time. The first recommendation given is "breath work", which, as the name suggests, working on the way we breath so that we don't start to hyperventilate, this by breathing thru our nose & seeing how we exhale. -medicinal herb, ashwagandha, which works as antioxidant on out body (among other benefits), which makes our cardiorespiratory resistance be much better (along with also helping with stress). -caffeine (but not on the limit of overdose), which stimulates our nervous system and makes us be more active, making us not to get the fatigue. Yet, you must not take every time you're going to change exercise caffeine, but instead take an aprox. 200mg of coffee/tea 1h~1.30h before exercising for the entire day. -running won't help you with stamina, since it is a very general tip which doesn't apply to all; learn your limits and slowly overpass them, mostly what you can do is 2x 30seg repetitions with 1min breaks. One thing which can also help if you deal with fatigue is slowly jogging 3km per day.
