  1. In this video he gives us a series of routines for the lateral and lower body, the routines are short and in two months you can see the difference, at first he tells us to warm up, shoulders, arms...
    the routines are lateral and you have to keep your back well stretched and then you do some leg stretches, such as trying to touch the ground with your hands and another very similar one but without using your arms.
    at the end he does a leg stretch along with an arm stretch.
    I liked it because it's an easy routine to do and also it doesn't take long, it only takes 20 minutes.
