From my point of view it is a really good video if you want to stretch your muscles, besides, it will also help you with flexibility. I really liked this video because the music is relaxing and there is an explanation of the next exercise while you have rest, so you don't lose time in understanding the following exercise while you are doing it. Finally, I think that the length of the video is enough because stretching is a very important step before training and you have to do it correctly.

  5. Hello, I'm Rodrigo and I have commented on this video of my partner Sara because it seems like a complete video to me, besides that stretching is very good to avoid injuries among other things. The video deals with various stretching exercises that are easy to perform and most of them last 30 seconds, and a rest time of 10 seconds. During that rest time, it shows you the following exercise so you don't have to waste time explaining and understand the exercise. In addition, it also has appropriate music for the type of video because it is quite relaxing.
