Hi, I'm Elsa student of 1st Bach. I bring you this video, it has caught my attention, since, through exercises that everyone can do from their homes you can improve your flexibility. During the 10 minutes that the video lasts, 9 exercises are performed in total, in which it explains how you have to position yourself and what is the correct way to perform them. It also encourages you throughout the video so that you motivate yourself and use one hundred percent your abilities and develop them as much as possible. I hope you liked the video and that it helps you improve your flexibility. Greetings.
Hi, my name is Paula Agudo and I picked Elsa's video to comment on because I felt like it exlained good exercises in less than 10 minutes. While watching the video, I noticed that the timer was going by sound instead of just appering in the screen. I feel like this is a great idea, because if you are having trouble doing an exercise and you can't look up, you have the timer telling you when to stop. I also thing that the woman in the video shows the workout really well and her workspace looked like she is really into workout. So I guess you can trust her exercises. Bye.
