Hi I'm Paula Maestro and I have chosen this video because I think it is a type of exercise that people do not usually practice much and especially because it does not require equipment, so it can be practiced anywhere. I think it's a good way to train because you can increase on your own the intensity of the exercises without forcing your body. There are a series of exercises like squats, chest jumps to practice jumping, but there are also exercises to increase your strength. There are 5 sets with 12 repetitions each exercise.
    And I find it highly recommended to get resistance and technique in this type of jump.
