The first is the Depth jump, it consists of jumping from somewhere, like a chair, and just when you reach the ground, you jump up. The kneeling jump, while on your knees you let yourself fall, sway and jump, also tells you how not to do it so you don't do it wrong. It is used to practice long and high jump. The last one is the max height jumps, with touches, there are different types and you have to do few repetitions, but well, with time between one and the other.
