Mejorar resistencia y velocidad

    Hi, I’m Lucía González and I have chosen this video because it explains how to prepare a training session to improve endurance and speed. The first thing it says is the relationship between endurance and speed and how can we improve them with progressive training without using a lot of time in our day.

    These workouts consist of starting to run at a comfortable rhythm for us and then increasing the speed until finishing at a high rhythm. An example of this trainings is to do 2km slowly, 5 progressive km, each km a little faster than the previous and a very calm last km to recover.

  2. Hi, I'm Marta and I've chosen the video of my partner Lucia, because I find it interesting how we can train resistance and speed at the same time. This video explains very well the steps that must be taken to be able to achieve both things at the same time and a series of quite interesting workouts, such as running the first three kilometers slowly, then increasing speed for the next two kilometers, and doing the last kilometer at a good speed. In my opinion I think it is necessary to have a good resistance, but also to have a good speed.

  3. Hi, I'm Andrea and I have choose this videos because when I see it I find it very interesting and dynamic explaining it. This video explain so good how to increase resistance and speed at the same time with same steps and with drawings and examples. I think that if you see this video and you do the steps he said yo can increase it. I must also add that in my personal opinion it is just as important to have speed as resistance
