Hi, my name is Diego and I have chosen this video because stamina or endurance is one of the most important factors in fitness and I think it is too difficult to control and manage your own stamina. This video shows us 5 tips to improve our resistance. The video begins by telling us that one of the most important tips is to control our breathing by doing nasal breaths because it gives us 20% more oxygen. The second and third advice is to consume especific herbs and caffeine because it improve our endurance, muscle recovery and muscle strength. The fourth tip is to do intensive running training and run 2 miles = 3 kilometers daily. the fifth tip is to have a good sleep. Thanks for reading my comment.
