  1. Hello, I’m Shara and I’m going to show you a video made by Andrés Ramirez, an engineering science teacher, in which he shows us the ideal way to run well, through a series of tips in which we will notice a great improvement.
    I chose this video because many of us don't know the correct way to run. Many people say they're not good at running, but that's a lie. The real reason is that they've never learned the correct way to run a long distance without getting tired.
    Running is one of the sports that offers incredible benefits for both our physical and mental health. Physically, because it's an exercise that helps you stay fit, and mentally, because several studies from different universities have shown that running produces the hormones serotonin and endorphin, hormones that help us feel happy.
    It's a video that lasts about 10 minutes and will help you love a sport that can save your life. The guy also explains things very well, making the video more dynamic.
