This video explains you how to run without getting tired via different tips: The first one given is to start our journey slow, so we can reach out aerobic training zone, which is reached when you're able to mantain a easy conversation while running. Another of the tips given is training by running more time, by running more kilometers everytime you're running (adding a little bit more kilometers each week). The last idea given is to check your posture while you're running, as not having your back bent can help onto breathing better along with checking the way you stretch your legs and arms while running, using those two limbs as way to check when you're actually challenging your body.

I think is a really good video to start running, is important for the resistance run without getting tired and the tips that the video gives us are very useful and perfect if you want to start running and you don't know how or if you simply want to improve your breathing and resistance while you run, these tips are very well explained and really help, I think it is interesting and important to see it and thus be able to include some or all of them when we are running.Tips on how to correct your posture while running are very important and many times we do not take them into account or we do not realize them. In summary, this video is very interesting and gives you very useful tips if you want to start or improve when running.
