Cuidados después de una carrera

  1. Hi, I'm Ruben Gutierrez, a first-year high school student, and I decided to comment on this video because I feel like not enough importance is given to what to do after a race. Just as we usually warm up, we should also follow some steps after finishing a race.
    The video explains how the most important thing after finishing is to catch our breath and hydrate well. We also shouldn't stop abruptly but rather jog and stop gradually.
    If we get wet during the race, we should make sure we are completely dry, especially our upper body. It's very important to sleep and continue hydrating to be ready for another race.
