  1. Hello, I have chosen this video cause I like to learn with this type of video, fast, dynamic, and with tips. This guy gives us tips for beginners that can make a difference. There are suggestions like: when you start running, first focus on having a good aerobic base, and then start increasing the speed on your training. He also talks about planning our training, adapting it to us, he recommends us to do it with a professional teacher, but I'm sure that searching for something on the internet we will find something that fits us. As a conclusion, I would like to remark that doing physical exercise is key for our health, and running it´s also a very good extra sport for people like me, who require good endurance for sports like football.

  2. Excellent video for those who want to start running. Running is an accessible sport for everyone, it doesn't require expensive equipment and can be done almost anywhere. It's perfect for improving physical and mental health. But you have to be careful with injuries. Many people start without technique or preparation and end up with pain that could be avoided. Warming up, using good shoes and progressing little by little is the key, I think. Thanks for sharing these tips Yago! They help a lot to start off on the right foot and enjoy the process without hurting yourself.
