In each exercise, it is clearly shown how the movement should be performed, step by step, and the correct posture to adopt is also explained in detail to avoid injuries and obtain better results. Hello, my name is Jimena, and I have chosen to comment on this video because I think it is a fairly complete video and related to the theme of this term, which is endurance when running so this video helps a lot to what we have been working on during this term, on top of that it is a video in English so it is very good to learn vocabulary on this topic.
    This video is very good because it performs the exercises clearly and slowly to be able to understand them well and perform the technique well so that they are effective and give results

  3. Hi, my name is Nerea and I chose this video because I think the advices he gaves are really interesting and can be very usefull if uou want to get better at running.

    It shows a bunch of useful excercices that helps build strength and endurance. Everything is explained clearly and shown step by step, so it’s really easy to follow, even if you are just starting out. It also tells you how many reps and sets to do, which, in my opinion, its really helpful.

    It think it is a great video if you want to improve running.
