  1. In this video, we can see some tips on how to increase your speed with some exercises. The first ones are related to strength, which is developed mostly in the gym. It helps us to push the floor harder when running. These exercises are squats, dead load, and hip thrust. It is better to prioritize the technique than the weight. We also have plyometrics exercises, decreasing the time of contact between the feet and the floor. Finally, we have exercises of speed, centering on acceleration and maximum speed. We always have to make short distances to try to reduce the acid lactic, which will allow us to make more repetitions.

  2. This video is a perfect example of a guide for increasing your speed by using some exercices. I choose to coment this video because I think this type of guides are really useful for improve your running. The exercices like squats, hip trust... helps to your physical condition and combines perfectly with your running exercise. The video is focusing in high intensity exercise and acceleration. In conclusion this video shows us how to combine all our activities for focusing on improving our running and focus in specific to short distance, sprints and acceleration exercise by redicing the acid lactic for avoid the fainting.
