In this video , we can see some ways to improve running endurance. The most important thing to improve it is to be consistent and train several times a week. Also we can see that to make progress without getting injured, it´s important to increase the distance little by little, without pushing too hard. Another thing that the video shows, is that interval training, combining faster moments with slower moments is very useful for improving resistance and speed. We can also see that taking care of running technique, breathing, and things like nutrition, hydration, and rest is key to getting tired less and performing better.
I chose this video because I saw that it is the same guy who one in my video, I like how he explains content related to running, and I also like that his videos are direct and short. Here, he talks about how to increase your endurance, focusing on mid-level runners. The video is divided into 4 parts: introduction, explanation of the progressive training, an example of this type of training, and the last one, resting. I would like to focus on the last section of the video, not everyone talks about resting, which is a really important thing for your health and for having a productive training. Ultimately, I like this guy as a running teacher; if I had to choose some YouTube channel for preparing myself to run, it would be this one.
