    In this post I will teach you some very simple yoga exercises that can be done daily to gain more flexibility and while we are doing them also helps us relax and clear our mind
    This video is a 15 minute routine with yoga exercises.
    This girl explains how we should do the exercises while doing them and so we can see how we should position ourselves to do good exercise One advantage of this routine is that we only need our body to do the exercises
    If we perform these exercises every day for a week we will appreciate how we have gained flexibility
