15 MINUTES DAILY STRETCH

  1. Hi, I'm Lucía and I have chosen this video as I find it very interesting, because it shows how we can perform different stretching exercises in just 15 minutes a day to improve our flexibility.
    I also liked this video because while doing the stretching exercises it tells you which muscles you stretch at all times.
    I really liked this video as it shows different exercises with which to stretch a large part of our muscles through exercises that last between 30 and 60 seconds.
    Some of the exercises that we can see in the video are: the standing hamstring stretch, the spinal twist lunge, the butterfly stretch in which with the soles of your feet together, you bend your knees to the side and hold your ankles or feet and slowly lower your body toward your feet as much as you can while pressing your knees toward the floor, or the hip flexor stretch in which you stretch hips, quadriceps and glutes.
    Or the seated hamstring stretch, where you have to extend your legs forward. Then you should lean forward as far as possible and try to touch the tip of the foot for 30 seconds.
    Therefore this video shows us how to improve our flexibility through daily stretching.
