This is a video of how to win flexibility by Patry Jordán, who is a youtuber that upload a lot of videos in her youtube Channel of sports and improve our muscles, speed, strengh, etc. In this video told us how to improve our flexibility doing some different exercicies from the top of our body to the lowest part of the body, he started doing an exercice of sitting down touched its foot and being quiet and in the same position for some minutes, the she did the same exercice, but moving from one side to another and then first in the right side and then the left side, and then she did some of the most common exercices that we did in Physical Education in San Gregorio School when we finish an exercice that is sitting down and try to touch our feet with our hands or arms.   2. Hello Rubén, the video you have chosen is quite motivating when it comes to exercising since it is very simple and it is done in a short time. Apart from that you can also use it as a type of stretching before starting any other physical activity. In this video they teach us some very simple exercises that can be done anywhere without requiring a lot of space and I think it is very important since in the circumstances in which we find ourselves it is not bad to be able to exercise at home.

  3. Hello Rubén,the author of this video seems to me to do an amazing job as I have often trained some body parts with the videos that appear on her channel. I find this particular video very interesting because I think improving flexibility is very important because in the first evaluation we evaluated it. I think flexibility is very important because it helps prevent several types of injuries and having these kinds of videos that help us improve flexibility in just ten minutes is fantastic
    the exercise that most catches my eye in the video is in which there is a slight swinging by joining the floors of the feet which comes well to improve the flexibility of the muscles that are in the legs

Hello Rubén, the video that you have provided us is very interesting and motivating, since we, well the whole class have had to take the flexibility test and this can be very useful for all of us, since I think that in my case I have very little flexibility and should get more. So thanks to the exercises that this girl shows, she can help me a lot more and practice sports every day to improve apart from my body then I can stretch between each exercise I do or when I finish doing all the sport, or both.     Thank you for sharing this amazing video of Patry Jordan.
    I have enjoyed seeing it because flexibility, is a theme that interests me, and I think it's very important for our health.
    I think that flexibility is important not only for pass the exam, is important because if you have more flexibility in the muscles it is going to decrease the risk of muscular injures.
    In my opinion with these exercises you can improve the flexibility and is going to be better for you.
