Hello my name is Alejandra and I have searched this video for those who want to define or tone the abdomen, or simply because you like to do sport. It's a two-week challenge worth doing if you want to define your abdomen.It lasts ten minutes, it's a short but intense workout and you have to try to do your best in each exercise so that the results are noticed in the two weeks of challenge. The video is about a total of 21 exercises, each exercise lasts 30 seconds and between round and round (rounds are two exercises) rests 10 seconds. The exercises are very easy to do, they have no complications, they are different types of plank, abdominals, leg elevations, russian twist. The girl explains very well what position you have to put in to do the exercise.The 30 seconds of each exercise pass quickly although in the last rounds you notice how they burn the abdominals and it gets harder. This challenge I have done several times and it is worth doing because at the end of the 15 days you notice a lot of results, you get a very tonificated and flat abdomen. Hey alejandra, I really like your video beacouse I wanted to define and tone my abdomen. I also liked the exercices becouse I enjoyed doing then and had a lot of fun doing them. I really liked the way the girl explains the exercices and the positions you have to do in order to do the exercices well and not to hurt yourself.
