HOW TO IMPROVE FLEXIBILITY

  1. I think that this is a very good video because says you some exercises to improve your flexibility and the way to do them right in order to not harm yourself doing them, all condensed in a seven minutes video.
    The exercises that he showed in the video are not imposible things to do or things using extrange object of trainig, also the video say the benefits of each exercise and the problems that you could have if you don't do them rigth.
    Some of the exercises that he shows are:
    -Raise the arms an put them totaly vertical
    -To do a deep squat
    -Apply presure on the wrists
    He also says some methods to improve in that exercises.

Excellent mobility and flexibility video applicable at any level.I think it's hard for the first few times doing these exercises,but over time my muscles will adapt.I when i went to the gym i didn't feel good doing muscle pumping exercises.This video teaches you to relax them and above all it mentions all the mistakes that can be made during this workout.From now on i will add it to my routine
