ABS ROUTINE

  1. This is an abdominal routine that i suggest you to do if you want to improve your abdominal force and shape.
    In the video you can see the man explaining the steps and exercises that you must do but im going to explain it a Little bit.

    There are 6 exercises on the routine of 50 seconds each one. Between the exercises there is always one alternative exercise that is going to be an abdominal plank that gives us many strenght.

    This routine Works all the parts of our abs and I think that is a Good routine because anyone can do it. You only need a place in your house to do it and 10 minutes of your time. Bye!

  2. I like this video of my partner because it explains very well all the activities to be able to strengthen the abdomen and helps you know how you have to do each activity to do it well. THANKS FOR THE VIDEO
