Rutina de Entrenamiento de Fuerza Resistencia

    I´m going to tell you why I have choosen this video.
    The first reason is because I´m interesting in improved my endurance and I was watching this kind of videos to improve.
    This is one of my favourite videos of strenght and endurance because I have practiced and I felt an improve.
    I think is a good video but also you have to use other videos if you want to improve more.
    Some exercises that appear in this video have been used to practice resistance in class before taking the corresponding exams.
    The jumps with knees to the chest are a good example of those that appear in this video if you want to be the best in physical resistance.

    Congratulations on your post
    This guy explains us very well how to do the exercises and in addition to that represents that it helps a lot for when you want to do it again
    Being simple exercises without the need of any object it is easier that one day do it

    This post is very useful because it is a simple way and that in a couple of minutes helps us to gain more resistance
    Throughout the physical education course will help us to have better stamina and to have better grade in the subject

    I have chosen your post because I am also interested in improving my resistance.
    I think that in this video, the boy explains very well the exercises that are performed and what you have to do at all times.
    They are also easy exercises to do, but at the same time you notice that you are working on resistance.
    I really liked this video because in addition to improving our endurance, we also improved our strength.
    Another thing that I liked this video is because it is short and can be done at any time.

    I liked the video that you have shared with us I think it teaches us very well the exercises that we have to do to improve our resistance.
    I think the video is very good since they teach us the exercises visually, in addition to the exercises that show us we can do them at any time and place.
    The exercises are basic that you can do and understand them just by watching this video.
