Hi guys today I am going to talk to you about the video I have chosen. In this video Patry Jordan the people who made this routine explains a series of exercises, that if we performed often, they would help us improve our flexibility.
Is very important to warm up before you start with this exercise because if you do not do the previous warm-ups, it is probably to end up with a muscular injure.
Most of this exercises we had do when the teacher said us to stretch the muscles, for example the exercise where you sit on the ground with your legs stretched and you have to try touch your feet.
I have done rhythmic gymnastics, and when I was training, I performed most of these exercises and I had very good results.
In my opinion if you performed this routine for a certain time you can keep or improve the flexibility.
Hi Lucia, I'm really interested in your video, thank you for share it. Personally I really like this girl, whose name is Patry Jordan, because she upload really interested and effective videos that I do in the quarantine. I think is very important to stretch and warmup your body, if you have more flexibility better for you. In my opinion I think that if you do this types of exercises often, you can improve your flexibility and if you do a warmup before you can improve it with out injures. Thank you, Bye bye
Hello Lucia my congratulations for your good work in the post I think this post would help people because it is a very simple video where exercises are easy and you do not need anything to do them and that is very good Do not exercise is complicated and the girl to explain is very well and that allows you to do it at home anywhere or anywhere because they are super simple after repeating these exercises for several days you will notice a big difference why you are going to increase and gain flexibility
Hi Lucia, I like a lot Patry’s Jordan videos. That’s the reason why I decided to watch your post. I like the way Patry explains the content of the video. I also think it’s important to gain flexibility because apart of gaining flexibility to aprove the flexibility test, it helps us mantain our body healthy and avoid injuries. It´s less probable to have an injurie if we are more flexible. I will try the exercises she does in the vídeo. Thank you for the post!! I like it a lot.
Hello Lucia, the author of this video is well known and I have practiced exercise with some of the videos that Patri Jordan has on her channel. Flexibility is very important in many respects and improving it is very beneficial as it reduces the risk of injury. It also reduces muscle discomfort that can often make it difficult for us to perform some form of physical activity. It is also important that we practice our flexibility because in the first evaluation it will account for a percentage of the note what we take in the flexibility test. Congratulations on your choice, thank you very much for the video Lucia
