Rutina Hit Cardio

  1. Hi,I´m Martin am going to explain this video. This video works only for endurance and cardio for burn calories, this dude do a 10 minutes of warm up and then he started to do the circuit of exercises. He did everything for abdominals, cuadriceps,pectoral... He rests for about 20 seconds and them he do another exercise. I don´t know what i can say more. Is so useful for exercise in home.
