How to train endurance

  1. Hi, I`m Juan and I am going to explain what is endurance and how can you improve it. The first thing is how to resist and not have fatigue in the beginning of the training or the race. You have to improve your cardiovascular system and increase your muscles ability to use oxygen to get more energy and not get tired. To train enduarance you have to use a method in particular. You don´t have to start so fast because you are gooing to get tired so soon. You have to find a good rythem, a rythem that you support easily and in the same time you have to realised and efford to mantein. I hope you liked. Bye
