    This post is very good because it explains very well the technique that should be done to have a good jump.
    This guy explains very well the three different exercises because first he explains it to us and then he does it and he goes explaining us how we should put the arms and the legs
    And these three exercises if we do them correctly and several times it will help us to have a better mark

  4. Hello Nuria. Your video was one of the ones I liked the most. In class we've worked on these kinds of jumps and we've had to evaluate ourselves on it. I think it's a much more complex exercise than it looks and the tricks they give in this video can be decisive to increase our jump length and, of course, improve on our ratings. These types of jumps activate and stimulate our lymphatic system. For this jump it is very important the distance between one foot and the other. They have to be positioned in parallel and be a little apart but not too far apart, just as they shouldn't be too close together. One of the most essential things to do is a jump is to flex your knees, to get a bigger boost
