I really liked that you shared this video because I think that many of us don´t give the importance that flexibility really has, and these exercises that help us increase it benefit us much more than we think. I found it interesting that the exercises were specifically for the lateral part of the body and the hamstrings, because if we manage to increase flexibility in those areas of the body, we achieve that the back can be bent forward in a correct, natural and safe way and we also avoid have pain in the knees and back. I also really liked the video because the explanation of each exercise is very clear and being for beginners, it´s available to everyone.

Hi Leticia, I found a very good video for beginners, besides that it seems to be a short and beneficial routine.The issue of flexibility I like quite a bit and I think this is a good video to start with has done this kind of exercise.And from my point of view I think it's a video that can come in very good for all of us by the time we do the flexibility test.
