CARDIO-RUTINE/10 MINUTES

  1. Hi, I'm Hugo, and since we are working on resistance, I have decided to put this video, which is also from a friend of mine who worked hard to get his change and he succeeded. Well, this video is about 10 minutes of cardio routine. And what you want to do is different exercises, on different times and repetitions. In this way repeating this routine daily because you can improve your resistance and you can combine them with other exercises such as: some of the ones we have done in class, which are push-ups, jump from knees to chest ... With this video what can be done improving to gain resistance is a bit of preparing the whole body, but little by little then each person can focus on who they want. Well this has been my video that I wanted to explain, I hope you all like it.

Hello Hugo, I choose your video because I think is a video that is full of things that you have to know to do cardio exercise correctly, because the video has a previous heating and different exercises. After the hearing he does squats to train his cuadriceps. Then, he run in his place around 3 minutes. After, he does push-ups and he train a lot of parts of his body. Thanks for show us this video about cardio. Bye
