    I bring you a 10-minute routine where we will gain stamina and tone our body.
    They are intense exercises and this time we need material like weights, a bar and some tapes or rubbers.
    The boy explains the exercises while doing them and so we see how we should perform the exercises well.
    In some exercises we need some materials, but the boy warns us when we need them and how we will use it In the rest of the exercises we only need our body to do them
    They are very hard exercises but if you manage to do them the results are noticeable
