This video shows very well the different exercises you should do to improve your flexibility. They also explain very well exercise by exercise the different steps. In addition to all this I have chosen this video because it seems to me a very good video to start improving your own flexibility, since it is a video for novice. In this video you don´t need any weight or any object to do so it is even easier. To perform this routine you only need about 12 minutes each day and so you can improve your flexibility.
