Hello, I’m Shara and I chose this video from my classmate because it’s very important to know what the most important stretches are when we get out of bed. It is a video that I really liked because the gentleman explains all the exercises very well and the demonstrations, he gives are very useful. I think we have all felt at some point that parts of our body are very stiff or tense, such as our back, knees or hips. The only drawback I can find in this video is the length, as it lasts approximately 17 minutes, but it is really worth it since they are stretches that after doing them we will feel great relief in the affected areas. I loved this video and I encourage you to watch it.
