  1. Hi, I’m Nerea and I have chosen this video because I think it’s a really good routine to improve your flexibility and the exercises are really easy to do from home, so it’s a really accessible video.
    Here we can see exercises for flexibility mostly from your legs and back, when you can stretch all parts of your body.
    Also, these exercises aren’t only to gain flexibility, we can also use this routine when we finish a physical activity, such as a basketball match. This have generated tension on your muscles, so this routine might help as well.

  2. Hello, my name is Diego, and I chose this video to comment on because it is related to one of the topics of this semester, which is physical activities and health. In this video the woman shows us how to gain flexibility with some easy exercises to do at home without needing any equipment. She guides us on how to get the right posture, also saying what we don’t have to do. These exercises are not just to gain flexibility but to relax the tension on our tired muscles after doing any other physical activity. I hope you like it.
