  1. Hello, I´m Hugo and I have chosen this video becouse with it we can do a very complete abdominal routine in a short time. The boy maintains a lot of motivation along the routine becouse he is talking to you all the time and entertains you while you do the exercises, with this routine what you want to achieve is to gain muscle mass, it is important to warm up before starting and to do the exercises whith good technique to avoid injuries.
    And in the end of the routine in my opinion it is advisable to strech to prevent soreness, in my opinion it is a good video to improve your abdomen.
