8 Minute Stretching Routine

  1. I chose that video, because in it we can learn some exercises to improve our flexibility and for strength our muscles. In the video, the man shows us some exercise for the back, hips, legs and neck, and the correct way to do it. All of these exercises are to improve the flexibility and also for have a routine of exercises, which does not have to include running or lifting weights. I like that he explains each of the exercises so that we can do them correctly and not hurt ourselves.

  2. Hello, my name is Jimena and I have chosen to comment on this video because I think it is a very complete video, since you learn an effective routine, you also improve flexibility and the best thing is that at the same time that you do sports, you are practicing and learning English.
    It is a fairly complete and short routine, which makes it ideal for you to do every day since it does not take much time.
    It stretches many parts of the body and I have learned new ways to stretch that I will of course add to my stretching routine, I think the result of this is going to be very good.
