Complete speed and endurance training for football players

  1. In this video we can see a complete training for footballers focused on speed and endurance, to improve their physical performance. The boy explains how to use the agility ladder for the warming-up and the technique in specific exercises. Most of these exercises are focused on plyometrics, like drop jumps, high-intensity circuits of speed, or endurance exercises. This tutorial video is very useful if you want to be a faster football player and apply it to defense or attack situations, trying to leave your rivals behind. I will start using these exercises in my football training.

  2. As Ismael says, this video is focused on speed and endurance, 2 of the 4 key abilities of our body. It´s recommended to practice all 4 at the same level. He focuses on our legs (logical if we want to improve in football), and he wants to increase the potency in our leg muscles, key for jumping, accelerating, and resisting big efforts like playing 90 minutes. In the video, we see lots of exercises, that are quite easy to do (you don´t need a very specific material or space) but they require a good attitude and effort, which is needed for everything in life, and in this case, without them, you won´t improve physically.
