  1. Hello, I'm Ruben, a 1st year high school student and I have decided to comment on this video since of the tests we have done in this subject, it is the one that has cost me the most. In the video we can see how to improve these aspects in just 15 minutes. The truth is that what caught my attention is that the first part of the body that stretches is the neck. I believe that improving flexibility is necessary both to improve in other physical aspects and in sports, while in the future you will thank yourself for having spent 10 minutes a day stretching.
